Frida was born in Sweden and is the eldest of three sisters. She has always been involved in acting and already at the age of 7 she joined a theater group and soon had her first play on stage. At the age of 15, she started working as an international model and has lived in many different cities in Europe, such as London, Milan and Paris.
She currently lives in Barcelona, Spain since 2003.
In 2007, Frida was cast in the James Bond movie “Tomorrow Never Dies” with Pierce Brosnan as Bond, directed by Roger Spottiswoode.
In 2019, she played Mary Ann in “The Accordionist’s Son”, a drama about friendship based on the world famous book of the same name by Bernardo Atxaga.
She has also done diverse work for TV series such as “Cuéntame cómo pasó”, “La Fugitiva” where she shares scenes with Paz Vega, “El Chiringuito de Pepe” and the series “Velvet” where she acts with Miguel Ángel Silvestre.
In the movie “Anna”, formerly known as “Mindscape” directed by Jorge Dorado 2013 – She plays the wife of lead actor Mark Strong.
She is a diverse actress with a broad spectrum that can play roles ranging from comedy to drama.
