Carmen Tinoco is a Spanish-American actress, born on the sunny coast of southern Spain, in the charming town of El Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz. Carmen has a rich cultural heritage thanks to her Moroccan mother and Spanish father. This diversity is reflected not only in her persona, but also in her versatile acting ability.
