David Comrie is an actor and singer born in Panama. During his teenage years, he moved with his family to Canada, where he began his artistic training.

With over 25 years of experience in musical theater, he has participated in productions such as Les Misérables, West Side Story, and The Lion King (portraying Mufasa for six years in Madrid) before making the leap into the audiovisual world. Currently, David Comrie plays the Genie of the Lamp in Aladdin: The Musical.

On television, he has worked on series such as 30 Coins by Álex de la Iglesia, Money Heist, Peace Force, and La Fortuna by Alejandro Amenábar.

In film, he has appeared in Upon Entry by Sebastián Vázquez and Alejandro Rojas, Control Room by Luiso Berdejo, and the animated film Black Butterflies, winner of a Goya Award for Best Animated Feature.

He trained as an actor at Centro del Actor and Estudio Corazza. In addition to completing studies in New York and London, he continues to explore new projects in film and television.
